Pool and Pavilion

Cornerstone Ridge Pool and Pavilion are located at the corner of Gemstone Boulevard and Cornerstone Road. The pool and pavilion are for the exclusive use of the residents of Cornerstone Ridge and their guests. We encourage residents to take advantage of these amenities, and our commitment is to ensure that they remain a safe and clean environment. Misconduct will result in the loss of pool privileges. Our pool is subject to random inspections by city inspectors. Violations to city enforced rules may result in the pool being shut down.

Hours of Operation:

Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Sunday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Friday – Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Adults only: Friday – Saturday: 9 p.m. – Midnight

Safety:

No lifeguards are on duty at the pool. Please look out for each other. Absolutely no diving. Please keep horseplay to a minimum, especially around small children.

Parental Supervision:

  • Children ages 14 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct of their children and children’s guests using our pool. Swim diapers are required for any child who wears diapers or who is not completely potty trained. NOTE: If a fecal accident does occur, please notify the POA immediately. You can find the POA contact number on the phone in the pavilion.

Storm Policy:

At the first sound of thunder or site of lightening, please clear the pool immediately. The pool should be avoided until 30 minutes from the last thunder or lightening.

Gate Access:

The pool and pavilion are for the exclusive use of the residents of Cornerstone Ridge and their guests. Entry is controlled by a passcode entry system. Passcode’s will be sent out annually from the POA via the Nextdoor App and/or email. We ask that residents refrain from opening the gate for others.

Parking:

Due to the limited amount of street parking, we encourage you to ride bikes or walk to the pool. Parking on the road is permitted, however, please avoid blocking the neighborhood driveways and mailboxes. Vehicles should not be parked within 30 feet of stop signs. Please be courteous when choosing a location to park your vehicle and keep safety top of mind.

Showers and Bathrooms:

Please shower before entering the pool. Please keep the shower and bathrooms clean at all times. Cleaning services are not provided and are the responsibility of the residents.

Animals:

No animals are allowed in the pool area, except animals registered as therapy companions. If an animal is registered as a therapy companion, the POA reserves the right to request appropriate medical documentation.

Food, Drink, Grill and Parties:

No food or drink are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. Please keep all food and drink in the pavilion. No glass containers of any kind are permitted in the pool area. There is a gas grill available for residents to use. Please turn off gas and clean grill after each use. Parties are allowed, but the pool will remain open to all residents.
